I don?t usually write reviews, but they deserve one and maybe it would help the next person. I placed an large order for my staff through the app. When I went to pick the order up I was told that they didn?t have enough donuts to fulfill my order andthat I would have to call CS for a refund (I clearly see they did, but whatever). I said that?s fine instead of the two dozensjust give me one and some munchkins. The lady got so mad and rude, she was just throwing random donuts in the box and started toget nasty with another customer that was just asking for a stirrer cause there was none out. I canceled the order and wentsomewhere else. Never again!
Initially, I didn't have any issues with the restaurant, but I noticed that the person making the drinks was clearing their throat over them. When I requested a new drink, they gave me attitude. Despite wearing a mask, they didn't cover their mouth, which was quite disgusting. Even after I asked them to keep their distance from my coffee, they still went near it. I decided not to drink it. It's important to be cautious with your drinks, especially with COVID, the flu, and other illnesses rampant. Be aware of who is preparing your food and drinks.
The customer service and coffee at this restaurant are terrible. The staff is very rude, indicating a lack of concern from management or the owner.
Instead of including a QR code on the receipt, this restaurant requires customers to show the app before making a purchase, which is quite silly. Even worse, there is no way for them to correct any mistakes once the purchase is made. It's surprising, considering it's already 2022. It makes you wonder why Starbucks is so much more advanced in comparison.
