We were in Osaka in January 2024, a discovery. The dishes are good when they are served after 45 minutes of waiting (yes, the wait is boring... . The service is very long, you really don't have to be in a hurry. The atmosphere is cold, no background music and the service doesn't say a word. It is neither a fast food restaurant due to lack of speed nor a restaurant due to lack of service... The dishes are certainly very good but the quality of the service really needs to be reviewed. Probably better in takeaway service.

Good sushi, whose recipes are classic, there is a lot of choice. A soup and a cabbage salad are included in each menu, which is appreciable. I do not recommend desserts that are not home and are rather expensive given the quantity and quality. The service however was quite poor. The waitresses are smiling and friendly but ours forgot to come to serve us, she forgot some of our order and I had to go to see it to be able to order desserts. Knowing that we were only very little in the restaurant.
