Waba Grill - Guasti

Their manager is so rude. Not friendly at all. I don’t know what his problem is but he treats his customers so poorly and says rude comments to his employees. Do better.

Management was terrible. They made a mistake and refuse to fix the problem but prefer to just give me a refund. Sent my experience to WaBa Grill on the receipt and never got a response.

This is probably the worst Waba I've ever been to. The cashier speaks very broken English and will butcher your order. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, but no more.

Not feeling safe eating black residue from your grilled food, probably due to overcooking and grills not being cleaned enough.

Outstanding establishment! Clean, excellent customer service and the food is great and cooked to orderIt's not preheated it's cooked right then and thereI highly recommend this restaurant!As does my 10 yr old grandson
