Restaurant bewertenWhile we pay, we told the cashier sara that we wanted to make $10 cash and the rest on the debit card. She has loaded the whole amount on the card and put the $10 away. when she was alerted to her attention, she brought who I suspect was the manager to fix her mistake. the guy didn't even touch the screen, he literally opened only one drawer and gave us a $10. When he handed us the $10, we continued when we realized that we did not get our whole order, so I had to go back to the window and tell the guy that he could bring it to us. if the restaurant was busy, we would understand, but there was no one in front of us, just a car behind us and a completely empty dining room.
Every time I go in the did of the employee, I'm invisible. there were ten minutes and was not even helped. no wonder that fast food workers are not paid $15 per hour, the work ethics is low.
The late manager was very nice and patiiencemit me. she's very nice and she's going. the eating was very good fresh and thanks to that up to the cook melanie and the manager corolina great work I think I know that they are the best customers almost food customer service I have ever seen, they should thank in a higher position and keep the good? work
I live less than a mile from this location ans work graveyard so I eat at least 3 to 5 times a week and Carolina is amazing her customer service A above and beyond and always makes sure that my food is hot and delicious. She deserves a raise maybe even promote her to be the night shift Manager
Short staffed but great customer service from the individuals working. It's been a while since I've eaten here but the food was just as tasty as I remember.
