33rd Wedding Anniversary. Took the Tranzalpine to Greymouth for the night and googled best place for dinner, hence booked here. Outstanding meals. Had the steak and the salmon. We had the sous vide lamb and fish and chips, along with an appetizer of garlic bread. Every dish was really good, with the lamb being a highlight. Their signature cocktail was fantastic. Didn’t have much expectation but the food quality surprised me with great delight in the end. Had the salmon, came with good presentation and the taste is simply superb. The salmon is tender, spot on cooking I’ve to admit. Price may be on the high side but the taste is worth it, it’s a taste that you’ll want to eat again, if you’re in Greymouth.
