Restaurant bewertenThis little place is so adorable. We went for an early dinner and had a fresh salad, hot rolls, spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken marsala. The meat sauce was definitely home made, reminded me of my husband's Aunt who grew her own tomatoes for sauce years ago. Hubby (whose family is Italian) said the chicken marsala was excellent and his pasta with garlic and olive oil was perfect. Our plates are slightly messy because we dug in before I remembered to take pictures LOL. We will definitely go back!
If I had negative stars. Italian food was polluted the salad bar missing blows very limited. My wife got the Lomo-saltado and there was hardly any meat in the dish more vegetables than anything else, the dish is lomo zartloin) Saltado not called Veggies Saltado. Servers were okay, but were really present and managers were rude and close. When we approached the manager and told her there were more vegetables than meat she said? Why didn't she eat the vegetables? if your charge is $23 for a dish that is the main star meat, make sure it is the actual main star. I definitely don't go back or waste a cent in this restaurant, let alone it recommended to everyone. I have been in the food industry for over 10 years and have such a terrible experience. I'm from Jersey, so I have now what good Italian and Hispanic cuisine tastes like
Wonderful Italian and Andalusian food. Great place and great service. The homemade meat sauce with penne is delicious. Wife loved the chicken parmigiana. Really a great dinner.
Nice authentic food. Love that they offer both Italian and Ecuadorian dishes, as this gives many opportunities to please everyone. Our family has come here for years as an annual tradition. A trip to the salad bar is with your meal, which is very beautiful! The ambience could use some improvement, and they always seem a bit short, so make sure you have a lot of time to immerse yourself.
An absolute jewel! Although I live in New Jersey, I have family living in Taylors, not far from Greer. Every time we visit my family, we eat in Andinos, and every time it is a great experience. I tried both the Italian menu and the Andean menu and never disappointed. Italian food is not a second (and that comes from an Italian American from New Jersey! , and the Andean food is also delicious, especially if (as I want you to occasionally try something else. I have read some of the negative reviews and feel honest as if they describe a completely different restaurant. The food here is always fresh and tasty, the service was always great, and the prices are more than reasonable. My family and I love it so much, we ate there twice the last time I visited the area! Very recommended, give it a shot. UPDATE It's almost 3 years since we last visited the family in South Carolina due to the pandemic, but after returning recently we made sure to stop in our favorite local restaurant, Andinos twice, in fact! During our first visit our party mostly ordered Andean food, split of the Llapingachos appetizer and three entrees: the Filete De Pescado Al Horno, Lomo Saltado and Chaulafan (the only dish I actually photographed this time! . The food was OUTSTANDING! And for dessert we could not give up, we split a Tiramisù, which was also great. During our second visit we ordered from the Italian menu a sausage pizza, Kalzone and a meatball Parm Sub, which were all excellent, like the service. We cannot wait for our next visit!!
