Applebee's Grill - Greenwood

Food was delicious and the 2/$22 deal is a good value. Our server was fantastic.

We hadn't been to an Applebee's in well over a year, because the food is always just mediocre and the service usually is horrible. With no more late night dining options in our town we recently had to resort to revisiting our local Applebee's. The menu was pretty good, with lots of options of the usual kind (burgers, chicken, pasta, salads . We ordered the pretzel sticks with cheese dipping sauce (a bit over done but generous with the 2 dipping sauces so that was a plus! and as and entree I ordered the Loaded Steak Fajita. The steak was a tad tough and would benefit from being cut thinner, lots of veggies but way too many onions. Overall it was decent. My husband got the Whiskey Bacon Burger and said it was quite tasty, with a nice size side of fries (though they could use a bit of seasoning to make them more interesting . For dessert we tried the amazing Apple Fritter, which was the star of the meal in my opinion! Definitely leave room for it! The highlight of the visit though was our waitress Amanda. Friendly, fast, there when we needed her but not hovering, quick with the refills. We chatted with the manager after our meal and told him to hold on to her! Hopefully we now have a new late night meal option, as long as the current manager and Amanda stay on!

Applebee's is always great. However, Christian our server put it over the top to amazing.!! If you get him as your server I feel you will not ever be dissapointed.!!

Do not order doordash from this load 30 minutes before the closure. they will cancel their order instead of fulfilling them. In the meantime, they disappeared almost an hour of my time, where other restaurants would have fulfilled an order. Instead, it is too late to order from most places and not eat at the end at all. I understand. Nobody wants to work after closing. but this load puts the door hash closing time as 11:39 clock. I ordered at 11:30 and was notified that it was canceled well after midnight. if they cannot fulfill these commands before they close, then move their door closing time.

It's just in order. they still have great chicken chase deas, but they only get half now. everyone has something else. 3 of 4 of us thought eating was good.
