We waited for 5 minutes at the register while 5 employees stood there and ignored customers. The customers in front of us left and we were never greeted or acknowledged. We asked if they would attend us and the young lady just stared at us.

The best cinnamon sugar pretzel bites that I have ever tried. Just the right amount of doughiness and the perfect combination of sugar and spice.

Went to Annie's in greenville mall. So rude. Acted like she was doing us a favor being at the register. We didn't order quickly enough so she stood there tapping her extra long finger nails. Won't disturb her anymore.

Rude employees and the slowest smooghie place I have ever been to. I ordered and waited 20 minutes for my smoothie. There was no one else there and the employee was standing around . Incredibly lazy staff.

I could tell that the pretzels had been sitting out for a while, but my son really wanted one. I went ahead and got him a salted pretzel, but the one behind it looked overcooked, so I decided to order some chicken nuggets for myself. Unfortunately, after a few bites of my nuggets, I found there were just large clumps of dough in the cup instead of properly cut pieces. My son didn’t like the frozen lemonade either; he handed it to me and said he couldn't drink it. I took a sip but couldn't finish it, so I ended up throwing everything away. This was the first time I've ever been disappointed at this place, and it happened on Thursday, July 8th, 2021.
