Restaurant bewertenWe visited this location today and were disappointed by the behavior of the young staff members. They were extremely rude, laughing and swearing amongst themselves while completely ignoring the long line that extended out into the mall. I noticed at least four families leave because of the wait. When we finally reached the register, the young girl was on her phone and sipping her drink while I tried to place our order. She ended up charging us for the wrong items and overcharging us as well. While we stood there, the staff seemed more focused on gossiping about other employees, laughing, and making derogatory comments about their appearances. It was so uncomfortable that I asked my daughter to walk down the mall while I waited for our order. When we finally received our smoothies and pretzel dogs, I mentioned their inappropriate language and rudeness, and they began to laugh and mock me. Management needs to address this issue immediately!
I visited today, July 27, 2022, and there were flies everywhere! I wouldn't recommend eating there; I certainly didn't stay.
I could tell that the pretzels had been sitting out for a while, but my son really wanted one. I went ahead and got him a salted pretzel, but the one behind it looked overcooked, so I decided to order some chicken nuggets for myself. Unfortunately, after a few bites of my nuggets, I found there were just large clumps of dough in the cup instead of properly cut pieces. My son didn’t like the frozen lemonade either; he handed it to me and said he couldn't drink it. I took a sip but couldn't finish it, so I ended up throwing everything away. This was the first time I've ever been disappointed at this place, and it happened on Thursday, July 8th, 2021.

Throughout our waiting time, it seemed like her primary focus was on gossiping about other employees' appearances rather than serving customers. My daughter and I felt quite uncomfortable as they continued to laugh and make snide remarks. At one point, I had to ask my daughter to walk around the mall while I waited for our order. When we finally received our smoothies and hot dogs, I mentioned their rude behavior, and instead of apologizing, they just laughed and mocked me. This situation needs to be addressed by management, as it reflects poorly on the establishment!
