Restaurant bewertenI saw all the negative reviews but found myself at this location despite that. However the reviews are all reasonable and true! I have worked in the service industry as both a worker and a manager and even short staffed we still found ways to maintainurgency, friendliness and quite frankly pride in maintaining a clean work space. I am not sure what all is going on at thislocation but it seems to me there is a lack of leadership and sense of pride in work. I was not greeted or even acknowledgeduntil about 5 minutes after waiting at the front. There was a lack of options to choose from and they had been open for 30minutes. Its one thing at the end of the day to be kind of out of stuff but at the beginning of the day you should be ready. Theguacamole was completely brown. The work space and dining area were not clean. One staff member had headphones in. So Chipotlewhat say you? This location needs help on many fronts.
Food is consistent, which is the only reason I rate this high. Consistently understaffed to where even online orders are almost 30-60minutes past the order time. DO NOT get in the car pool line or else your committed to a long wait. You can?t cancel anonline order once it?s been placed. Other wonderful eats close by that are just as healthy and consistent without a company thatunder-prepares
The last two times I ordered and picked up food, things weren't right. This time, I got a quesadilla without cheese... seriously, is that even a real thing? You can see in the picture what I usually get when they do it right (just a plain quesadilla). Someone got a bit carried away with the spices too, but I can overlook that. Chipotle used to be reliable, but now there's too much inconsistency in what you get and between different locations. The only thing that seems consistently needed is a redo. To be fair, when I returned to the store to fix the mistake, the staff was friendly and quickly made me the correct quesadilla. So, props for that—no fuss, no blame, just getting it sorted. But I’ve decided takeout isn't worth it for me anymore; gas prices are too high. Plus, I really value good customer service after the sale.
I hadn't visited Chipotle in quite some time, but I decided to give it another try after receiving a fantastic buy-one-get-one offer. I placed an online order and was informed that it would be ready at 1:00 PM. When I arrived, I noticed there were no pickup orders on the shelf. A few people were standing off to the side, so I assumed they were also waiting for their orders. I ended up joining them and waited and waited. Finally, after 40 minutes, someone asked if I was waiting for a pickup order, only to inform me that my order wasn't ready. In the end, I received my order a whopping 46 minutes later than expected.
On the bright side, the service was excellent, and my meal was prepared wonderfully! The staff did a fantastic job ensuring all the meats were plentiful and everything was ready; they worked efficiently. Kudos to the team! But boo to Chipotle Corporate for the price hikes!
