Dunkin' - Greensburg

My husband went to Dunkin on Rt. 119 in South Greensburg to get donuts. As soon as he walked in the lady was rude and yelled out and told him that she was ONLY taking drive thru and pre- orders. So why were the doors open/unlocked?! He drove to the Rt. 30Jeannette location, which is way better, just further away. Never going to Rt. 119 location again.

So good, and I love the Pittsburgh cream donuts and they were out, they went back and made it for me. That was above and beyond. Super friendly and extremely thoughtful

This must be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the history of her franchise. The place is dirty, the staff is rude and the service is extremely slow. Lucky if they get your order right. It is unfortunate because I am so often approaching here and was hopeful that it would turn around, but every time the same bad experience; four years now. And the ride thru is in such a strange place, people block traffic on the road while waiting to get into the line! It's a big security risk. Steer clear of this place.

More than enough space for my upscale Dodge Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel Cummins in the ride. Will be back

Always great service here, a really nice place to go to for coffee
