The kitchen is set in an old garage that has been beautifully transformed, featuring a wooden ceiling and a lovely rectangular wooden table with high-quality chairs. It was refreshing not to see any mass-produced appliances; instead, there are plenty of quality pots and pans, along with a nice selection of plates. The lack of gadgets proves that you don’t need a lot to create delicious meals. While Brand's wife often assists, this time Mark's helper, Heerah, kindly prepared coffee and tea and helped keep the class running smoothly. Brand lives in the house next door, and the large property is filled with fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables, all used for the cooking classes and for his personal cooking. Brand generously shared his tips and was well-organized, providing a booklet with the dishes we would be preparing along with the recipes. He invested a lot of time explaining techniques and demonstrated them with such enthusiasm that the whole experience felt very calming. The entire atmosphere felt like I was in a friend’s kitchen, making it a fantastic place to learn, eat, and enjoy. There are various cooking classes available, so you can dive into exotic cuisines or simply savor delicious meals.
