Came in and politely greeted the staff where the lady and man did nothing but stared. I ordered an ICED white chocolate mocha in which after my drink was not only warm but flavorless! It tasted like straight milk and I got charged 50¢ to add whipped cream without being told. Do not recommend, and don’t see myself coming back.

They never miss the place when I'm in southridge shopping I just love their voltage coffee. It's got that small company feel to it no corporate stuff here

Bandana guy is always awesome and very helpful. Drinks are always tasty.

Walked in at 6:16 pm and she yelled right away “it’s black coffee only” as she just finished serving a guy FOUR full drinks with whipped cream and all. All I wanted was one drink but nope. Go to Starbucks.
