Silver Diner - Greenbelt

I love this place. They have a great menu with lots of options. I crave their liver dish which is so tender. My grandson likes burger and fries. Jukebox for encouragement. Bit noisy. People talking and enjoying themselves. This is a good thing.

So Dang DELICIOUS as Always! Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but Silver Diner has vegetarian food that is DELICIOUS!

This is the second Silver Diner we have eaten in. Both were great.We were looking for a place to eat and found this location by accident. Great service, Great food

Silver Diner is always a go to for me because its reasonably priced for a sit down restaurant and the food is still pretty good. While this particular silver diner still had fast service and a kind wait staff the food was sub par. I ordered the country fried steak and scrambled eggs. The steak was ok, but the eggs where mushy and undercooked. The food was still better than what I would have gotten at your average diner, but for Silver Diner standards this location falls short on food quality.

I like to have brunch here sometimes. I favor the bison huevos rancheros which range from meh to really good depending on the day. The current seasonal special lamb shakshouka is also really good. The **** mary's are a big disappointment though. Even with the special brunch price it is way too much money for what tastes like a thimble-full of vodka in 4 oz of mix.
