After we have been announcing years, we live on site and all year round we order at least twice a month we complained that our delivery was 45 minutes, when they had quoted us 45 minutes to an hour. when we tried to climb again, we found our phone number blocked. I thought they would apologize, but I was wrong, that's how loyal customers should be treated. we had a few good meals and some bad, but never complained before.

Cost over £10 more for the same order at my local take away. rice and noodle not packed in container, so not much to get. Eating was good, pretty tasty, but not great.

After they closed for a while, we decided to try this take out again. Got through quicker than the usual 2 hour wait. Got told the food would be only 1 hour... after and 1 hour 30 minutes, I called up to query where my...food was. I was informed that the driver was on his way back to the restaurant, then will be with us within 30 minutes. This would take the delivery time to 8:20pm. I ordered at 6:10pm. This is beyond unacceptable. When the food arrived at 8pm, the driver did not apologise for the lateness. When I opened the food, it was cold. I attempted to call the restaurant but there was no answer. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been let down by this restaurant.
