Restaurant bewertenI am addicted to the French Dip sandwich and the Greek salad (very authentic). I wasn 't as pleased with the Cobb salad which was very heavy on the gorgonzola cheese and rocket lettuce which can be a bit bitter. (It 's just matter of personal taste) Sadly, the side sourdough bread and butter were missing, perhaps because of the holiday.
I ordred the French dip sandwich, my regular. go-to favorite, yesterday with my favorite Greek salad. The sandwich was as good as ever, but the Greek salad was missing its best ingredient--baby artichoke hearts. It was still a Greek salad, thanks to its tasty dressing and smattering of feta cheese and sliced olives, but, without the artichokes, it failed to really shine, like an American salad, consisting mainly of lettuce and tomatoes.
If you are picky about your pastrami, you may want to skip this one, which is difficult to taste. Try the prime rib au jus sandwich instead (pricey for the amount of beef in the roll, but warm and delicious). The side salads are excellent, but the daily soups are pretty flat and overpriced.
It took an hour and didn't taste fresh, plus they forgot one bowl of clam chowder and the second one was cold.
I ordered the French Dip sandwich and a small Greek salad. The French Dip arrived hot on the perfect French roll with extra au jus for dipping. The SMALL salad contained an authentic mix of Feta cheese, marinated artichokes, sliced Kalamata olives, ham , turkey, with Greek dressing. It came with more French bread and could have easily served three people! I have to admit that this was the best prepared meal I 've received on Doordash, and I 've tried quite a few!
