Restaurant bewertenThe Cooks Pantry is exactly what Grange needs. This place is unique and different to many of the other stock standard cafes and eateries around the area. I do eat here often, but should really try some of their other dishes. I can never go past their “Poached eggs with Avocado Salsa” for breakfast. The serving of this dish is a little small for my liking, but the tastes that come from this dish certainly make up for this. The ingredients are always fresh, and when combined with one of their awesome coffees, makes for a perfect breakfast, or brunch. Keep up the good work guys!
As my French girlfriend said to me, there’s only one phrase in French you need to know ‘Ooh la la!’ Well this describes The Cooks Pantry to a tea! As a local I drop in all the time. The barista coffee is spot on, and always served with a smile and a conversation. There’s a discount if you bring your own coffee cup which I think is very important. The cafe is dog friendly outside, and just as friendly inside. The menu may be small, but it changes regularly and is always spot on. Options for vegetarian, vegan and GF. And yes, you can order individual items to suit your needs. A good selection of teas. Filtered water is ‘help yourself ‘ and easily accessible. I just love that they source local organic products. Well done Cooks Pantry
Be it a takeaway coffee, brunch in the cafe or a cooking class, Cooks Pantry is fantastic. There is a reason Cooks Pantry has a cult following. Disability and pram friendly, the cafe is also popular with dog owners.
Beautiful healthy breakfast choices and the best coffee around. I cannot go past the Mexican eggs for brunch when I go. They make their own bread and the spelt is amazing. This is a quaint little spot to sit back and watch the world go by. Fresh food with a good menu they also offer lunch with soups etc changing most days. The home made salads are very good. You can sit inside or out, rugs provided for the chilly days and it seriously feels like you could be in a small country town. Love it.
A nice place, small but that's not a problem. My friend said that the coffee was great which pleased her. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially explaining the cooking classes.
