Outback Steakhouse - Grandville

Tonight was the second time we had Howie as a server and he is by far the best we had there. As a co-server, I appreciate taking care of me and he's great! The food is ALWAYS phenomenal and we always leave full and happy! Outback is the only restaurant I'm excited about as we live in Hollandha. Thanks again for the extraordinary service!

Where on Black Friday at 3 in the afternoon no great service probably the best I ever had and the food was Spot-on

I usually order Prime Rib seared with steak seasoning, do not forget to ask for Horseradish sauce and french dip. 16oz usually comes around an inch thickness and they can sear it and yoy could still get medium cooked prime rib. Smaller sizes tend to overcook during searing. Pretty good value for the price. Also they do not always have prime rib, so you may want to call to inquire about it. Their salad is not as good as it used to. Aussie fries were good and made with right amount of cheese and bacon.

Visited on a Friday evening with a party of 7. Called ahead that afternoon to make them aware of our larger party and to mitigate some of the waiting time. This was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant since the Pandemic began! I understand much of the industry is short staffed right now, but our service and food was on point! Everything came out quickly and tasted very good! I got the prime rib and it was phenomenal! Outback puts those other steakhouses down the road to shame.

Great experience, great environment, and the manager, Zack I believe his name was. Was awesome, unfortunately my steak was a miss twice. The first time it was over cooked and my guests steak was under cooked. The manager made me feel good about EVERYTHING. But when I got my second steak it was still off. This time undercooked, and an ABSURD amount of SALT!!! (It was my bday, so I just let it go.....
