Shots - Grand Rapods

Have dined here many times and the food is always tasty. Today I had quesadillas and my friend had a barbque burger, both were excellent. Friendly and casual at Shots.

Great service. Clean place. Very good food. Positive atmosphere. Skilled management.

Had to hunt down a server for our table but hey, it was a busy 5 pm Friday after work crowd. Great atmosphere, fried fish dinner was very good...and the beer was nice and cold.

Lori one of the managers is a weirdddddddooooo ?? Got very very upset because we asked for one new margarita due to the fact the one we received was **** yellow and tasted like straight just sour mix or something lol. We sent it back with the waiter just asking for a new one and she came back so upset about it. she must have made it and felt some type of way or something because just questioning us left and right and excuses saying it’s orange juice- which orange juice in a margarita? then she proceeded to say well it’s because one bartender is more neat and emily just throws everything in a cup. She then was just so defensive about us asking for a new drink. All we said was the drink was very heavy on mix can we get another one and yeah she was crazy lol. she then went to her little friends in the back who must be regulars and they flipped us off- it was the weirdest encounter i’ve ever had lol just not liking one drink lmao. yeah she must have a sad life lmao

Incredible food and service! Everything I ate was so tasty and exactly what I was looking for!
