Qdoba Mexican Eats - Grand Rapids

I went to get some food and found the area to be extremely disorganized, as was the kitchen. The soda machine was very dirty and almost out of every drink option. The overall situation felt very unprofessional and unclean, which was disappointing. My chips were stale and broken into small pieces, and the salad was warm and clearly past its prime. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I would advise against visiting this restaurant. The staff seems disinterested in their work, which is evident in their interactions with customers and the overall state of the establishment. The floors and tables were dirty, and the surfaces appeared neglected and poorly maintained. I wish I could say they were busy, but that wasn’t the case. We ended up leaving after seeing the unsanitary conditions in the food preparation area, and we discarded our untouched food. I'm sure the standard response would be an apology, but given the numerous reviews highlighting similar issues, it feels like no one truly cares about improving things here.

I started reading reviews, and they helped me understand my experience better. This place really needs some assistance. The food was just okay and didn’t meet Qdoba’s usual standards. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude of the employees; they were rude and seemed completely uninterested in their customers. I stood there while one of the five workers chatted with the others, which was quite unpleasant. When I tried to use my app to scan for my rewards, the cashier dismissively responded, “I can’t do anything about it.” After I left, I realized they had messed up with my order due to some calculation error. We love Qdoba, but lately, the Grand Rapids locations have been quite frustrating. The one in Cascade is frequently closed for online orders. Please do something about this, Qdoba management!

It was not a great experience. the personal was not very human, but not rude. Eat took forever, but tasted good. the device was extremely dirty. soda machiene was not clean at all and no table. cilantro was on the stand and chips too. will not be back to this place

Workers were extremely rude as soon as we walked in. They rudely informed us that they were cash only, and when asking prices of items they tiredly replied i don 't know . When getting our food, they threw things in rudely, and got annoyed when asking for more of something. The corn tasted rotten and the black beans were hard and undercooked. Additionally, the drink machine was out of order as well. Go somewhere else.
