Fat Mans Fish Fry - Grand Rapids

I called and said “I would like an order of cauliflower, im on my way” to arrive 4 mins later to a man saying “please don’t call that in. it doesn’t take long to cook… dab da da da” i apologized for calling in my order then stood there for 5 mins as they cook my food. I’m on lunch there was a reason I called. What even is that? Waste of money, time and honestly terrible service.

Came in today and forgot my wallet. I was so embarrassed to say I’ll be back. This nice guy who took my order and doubled confirmed my fries preference. He advised me he will take care of the order no problem. I was completely grateful and thankful for this mistake I made. Thank you for completing my daughter’s order. That was so kind and generous of you. She loves your perch meals. Customer service was great. Over and beyond! I will definitely remember my next opportunity to pay it forward. Thank you

Grew up my whole life going by this place, then finally tried them..! they are one of the best fish fry's in town. I love their atmosphere and the service is great. they have good deals as well
