Bistro 743 - Grand Junction

Grand junction newcomers club meets there. good service, but a bit underoccupied.

Food and drinks were good. They only had one server working the whole restaurant so service was a bit rough. She did great with what she had though.

Server was an assassin, chef can cook. Server brought the steak knife facing me on the table, even merely basic things are beyond server’s anymore. However chef did cook the salmon perfectly to order and the prime rib was 10/10. Koodos to the chef. Better than 707 in GJ except for the server.. he tried! I would leave a better review but these servers need to learn basic details.

Food and service are amazing. Come here every year and always have exceptional service. Highly recommend. Heather and Josh are why the service is so great.

We had one of the best prime rib dinners we’ve ever had. Food was excellent, and our servers, Caroline and Heather, were top notch. Atmosphere was great too. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch dining experience.
