The young girl who served us was very nice and was in no way responsible for my dissatisfaction. My friend was served a good 15 minutes before me. His hot chicken was barely warm in the middle. My Hamburger was good but also lukewarm. I definitely won't go back there. There is no shortage of restaurants in Granby.... I will go elsewhere next time! Price per person: CA$10–20
Like my family laurianne and karine we write bad service and agree 100% with eu. yes yes I have been a customer for over 40 years and I have brought a lot of customers there. I went to talk to the owner to talk to him about the problem. HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT CAN'T DO ANYTHING WHICH IS SORRY. I CONTINUE TO TELL HIM THAT IT'S NOT NORMAL TO WAIT 2-2.5 HOURS TO GET OUR PLATE AND THE OWNER ACKNOWLEDGED I'M GOING TO KEEP YOU FROM THE RESTAURANT. A GREAT LACK OF RESPECT ON THE PART OF THE OWNER ENDED UP I GIVE ZERO ZERO STARS
Worst service ever. A rude owner. Seriously wait 2h30 before getting a plate and the children are served last... It's ordinary! We asked for a drink to compensate for the wait and they said yes but charged us for it. (and no! it wasn't a mistake, we mentioned it to him and he replied, we don't give anything free here). Lots of errors in orders and not to mention all the products on the menu which were unavailable. I do not recommend this restaurant. He is an owner who does not care about his employees or his customers. But go and experience yourself and come and add your comments
Extremely disappointed with my experience, me who when I come back to Granby to visit family, I only think about coming to eat at this restaurant whose quality I have often praised etc... Unfortunately it will have been my last time! Spending almost 3 hours there, terribly slow and disorderly service... Yes, we were a group but we had notified in advance! Being told by the owner that he couldn't do anything for us when we had been waiting for 2 hours, clearly no worries from his customers (his livelihood and his employees... No compensation offered, mistakes to be made in addition end up in the meals and on the bills (overloaded, not received the children's desserts included in their meal... In addition, threatening one of his most loyal customers to bar him from the place because the latter, our group, told him it was a real disservice... My family and I will not return to this restaurant and do not recommend it! (There were 38 of us in the group, oufffff that's a lot of lost people and their knowledge etc... Having worked in restaurants for a long time, 1 unhappy customer is several fewer...
