Gosnells

Have been here a few times and eating is always great. very tasty and good quality. also for children. children can walk around in the play area while eating adult!

I regularly go to the Gosnells Hotel. Approximately 1 year ago, to my knowledge it was taken over by the Woolworths group. Since this time the food and service has been on the improve. The Hotel has gone to great lengths to make the place more family friendly and I would say without hesitation it is one of Gosnells best casual places to eat. Expect around a 30 minute wait time and if you have kids ask for their meal to be brought out when ready. This evening I had the BLT $16.95 and a pint of Carlton Draught $8. This is how I scored it. 1. Cleanliness (No issues full mark) 2. Speed of delivery (No issues Full mark) Approximately 20 minutes for my wife and I, under 5 minutes for our child. 3. Freshness of food (Full mark) 4. Taste Presentation (Half mark) My Blt was good but something like a sauce or relish would have nailed it for me, otherwise good. 5. Customer Service (Half mark) We had to flag down a waiter to get desert, no big deal but not full marks either.

Power was out when we arrived but the food was absolutely worth the wait. I had a pint of Canadian Club dry from the tap while waiting. My medium rare steak with mushroom sauce was divine! The chips that came with it were great too and the salad was pretty fresh. Thank you Gosnells Hotel Bistro!

Love this place. Great for just drink, and for a meal too. Outside area is nice and chilled, drinks aren't badly priced and the food is awesome! Food is a good price, biiiig portions and has always been very tasty and not too long to wait either (but not too short either cos that would be worrying). Highly recommend!
