Starbucks - Goodyear

As this was a drive-thru only location and we had an RV, I walked up to the window for service, which was an option since there was no inside lobby. I placed my order and waited and waited and waited. Finally, a different person came to the window to ask if I had ordered something and came back almost immediately with it. The person taking my order had put the items in a bag and just left them...really wouldn't recommend this location.

It says ?Dine In? but it?s only drive through with a outside only seating area, they were kind enough to get the misting system going in 105 degrees heat Very friendly staff.

I think this has to be the best starbucks I have had. I gone to all the ones near and just never stopped. I finally did and I was glad I did. The barista's here make the drinks perfectly. They are so good at what they do. They are so kind and friendly whenever I've stopped by. I ordered a Venti americano, light cream and 2 pumps Carmel, 2 pumps sugar free vanilla with Carmel drizzle around cup! My go to drink.

Jeremiah and Johnny made this visit one of a kind tonight! They both greeted me with a smile I could hear through the speaker. It honestly made my night! And to my surprise when I arrived to my location my mom and I noticed these beautiful notes. This has made us feel special! Our drinks were amazing too! I stop by about 3-5 times at this location and didn?t know I was missing out on these 2 amazing employees. I will be looking forward to my future visits with these gentlemen. Starbucks, you hit the jackpot with these 2 employees! As a manager myself great employees like these gentlemen are hard to come by! Keep up the great work gentlemen! So polite and super friendly! Service is not always about being the fastest and this is one of the only locations that doesn't rush me so thank you to this awesome staff at this location? ? !
