Prices Fresh Bakery Cafe - Golden Grove

Long established in Kadina as a iconic country bakery, Prices now operates 3 café outlets in metropolitan Adelaide, including the bright and cheerful stand-alone building at Golden Grove Village. This café always has a plentiful range of pies, pasties, cakes and buns, plus delicious sandwiches (pre-packed or made to order), breads, rolls, etc. Excellent coffee and tea, plus good range of cold drinks. There are ample tables and chairs (both inside and outside) for patrons to dine-in plus, of course, there is a steady take-away trade. I really enjoy their Cornish pasties ... and this local café is so much more convenient than driving to Kadina for Prices' excellent country baked fare.

Staff gave my friend special attention because of her birthday even though we had shopadocket discount vouchers. Cakes & coffee great quality.

Good range of cakes and pastriesCoffee is pretty good here too. Some bad reviews given here and admit the cakes are a bit hit or miss.

Its hard to drive past this place The cornish pasties are served with a generous serving of tomato sauce and are definitely my favourite.

Good range of pies cakes etc. sometimes go with a group for a very casual coffee and cake.Other dishes available but we have only tried a very limited range of what is available, soup etc.
