DON'T GO HERE !.. took away my good review from 2 years ago... obviously management condones subpar food and subpar service now ... this a reflection of ownership as well.. very very bad

This establishment was one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased three cookies, but received only one whole and a half, with another completely broken. When I requested a glass of water, the attendant informed me that they could not provide it, as it was not included in the order. As for the coffee, although I ordered a large portion, the volume served was significantly less than expected for a large cup. Moreover, the lid was not properly secured, resulting in spills on my clothes and in the car. The service was regrettable, highlighting the need for comprehensive improvements.

They pull your car forward for 2 sandwiches and a small fry. In what world is it acceptable to wait like 12-20 minutes for 2 burgers that take less than 5 minutes to cook and prepare?
