Tim Hortons - Gloucester

Has to be one of the worst locations in Ottawa I’ve ever seen. The staff are just something else and they just lock the doors at the most random times. One time I tried walking in for a coffee at 5PM and the doors were locked while there were still customers inside looking equally confused ??? These guys never have food for some reason. The doors and Google said something about it closing at 11pm but when we walked in one of the staff was condescending about how it was closed and we were in 10 minutes past closing. It was 10:09pm. Don’t get me wrong there are some nice guys in the afternoon. I have tried going back multiple times to just get ignored at the drive thru, but it seems this location is only good for morning service. Go to the Blair location if you need tims past 5pm??‍.

Usual Tim Hortons... Coffee and food above average. Service not good because of attention lost to in coming customers, due to the rush to meet demands of drive ins. This is the third TH ' 's I 've been to, having baristas being unfamiliar to the usage of their cash register.

Slow service, old coffee unless you come at peak hours.
