Burgers Shakes Inc - Gloucester

Great burgers, shakes and steak on a bun. We love to stop in whenever we’re near.

Usually we call an order in with no issues, however, when I called 4 times and no one was answering, I decided to drive there. When I got there I asked the girl over the counter if the phone lines were down, she said in a rude way, we are not answering the phone as we are to busy . Also when I got home, 2of my family members order cheese burgers and they were raw. This is the first time I was disappointed in the food and services.

Great food, no complaints on that. Shakes are good to. But I can't get over the price. Two burgers and two shakes came to 42 dollars. Na that's too expensive for me. Unfortunately this might be my last time due to that. My phone bill is that much. ?

The food is so overpriced its just complete price gauging. How can you justify 7.25$ for a small fries ??? it cant be blamed on inflation as the cost of potatoes has come down. To top it all off they profitize on customers paying by debit and charge 0.75$ per transaction. (no way the bank charges that much for debit) . Just Horrible !!!

Great burgers, great shakes, solid fries. Don't sleep on the special sauce, its what brings it all together.
