Middle Road Inn - Glenshaw

Celebrate friends birthday. Our evening was very pleasant. The staff was efficient and helpful. Great music. loved our meals. The friendly owner stopped at our table and we had a long discussion about the history of the Middle Road Inn. Did you know this was the stage railway station for people travelling from Butler to Pittsburgh? Very interesting you can feel the past. Would definitely go back.

Great Place. On a recent Friday evening I was part of a group of 15 that had dinner here...everything from the appetizers,main course,service and drinks were excellent.The gratuity was also included which made it easier when we received our bill,we actually gave a little more.We will return.

Pleasantly surprised. We are a young family of 3. Our son is 19 mos and we like a beer after a long week (and to get thru dinner with a toddler! . Good service, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend the burgers- the Mancini bun makes it! Homemade chips were good and the prices are great! 2 Stella Artois, kids meal, burger and ruben for $29! It's not fancy and the atmosphere is quaint but it was really good and a great price! If you live in the area, it's a good option.

It is good !. I am surprised by the negative reviews. I was there recently for brunch and had a great time. The food was good and reasonable priced. The staff was great . Additionally they only charged me 5 bucks for both of my kids. I read the negative reviews and am not sure I visited the same place. Anyway the food it good. The prices are right and the staff is friendly. To the haters out there maybe you should try it again.

Hello to all Urbanspoon members, I have been sitting back and reading reviews that have come in for the Middle Road Inn. I take each with a grain of salt. I would like to comment on the statement that was made in a review that it is the time of year that Middle Road Inn starts writing their own reviews. That is just untrue. Since I have been made aware of some negative feedback I have asked our customers that have had good experiences to hop on and write a review and that is just what they are happy satisfied customers. I am very sorry and deeply regret anyone that comes to the Middle Road Inn and has a poor experience with us. I always strive to make it better and I will also say that we are not perfect including me but when we do get it wrong we want to get it right for you. If you should ever come in and have a bad experience ask for me my name is Natalie. We all want to make it right for you. Please do not hesitate to ask and we can work towards a solution to the problems at hand, then maybe we can look forward to a good review from you. All in all good and bad reviews help us grow as a business we will keep doing the things you like and try to fix the things that you don't. Our location has been operating since 1836 and with Middle Road Inn since 1989, and we hope to operate for many more years with the help and feedback from all of our customers. Thank you for your time and patronage we sincerely appreciate your loyal business and to customers that have not had the greatest experiences we are sorry and would like another chance to make it right with you.
