Starbucks Coffee - Glendale

This place should get a five-star only for a car-duration window. unfortunatley, I have to take off a star because some days the drive thru line looks like the 405 highway especialy when they are one of those who order the coffee for the entire office and takes 20 minutes to go thru.

Always satisfied with my order here at Starbucks. And customer service is great, always greeted

Super weak watered down latte. There was so much ice after a few sips my drink is almost over and I’m not feeling close to being caffeinated. I usually don’t like to write negative reviews but this latte was so watered down I am about to make my own coffee at home. For the price you pay it’s not worth it I will be sticking with one of the local coffee shops next time.

Starbucks drinks are still great tasting, and the coffee is the best in town.The menu items are tasty, but very expensive. Their locations are strategically placed and accessible at different hours.

Very slow service, over 30 minutes to make a latte. And still made it wrong. All customers waiting a long time. Workers were obviously not trained completely, management needs to make sure fully staffed and trained.
