Khinkali House - Glendale

I was happy to try my first ever Georgian dumplings here! Before I went, I did some research on how to eat the dumplings. I wanted to make sure that I was eating them correctly. I really enjoyed the fried dumplings and the honey cake. Though the regular dumplings were also good.I was part of a large group, for a birthday. The staff were very kind and extremely accommodating. I would definitely like to visit again.

We ordered summer breeze for drink, two dumplings one beef and one mushroom as appetizer and Sturgeon skewer for main dish, and hone cake as dessert. The price was good except the drink which was 15 bucks. Dumplings were really great. The fish skewer wasn’t really good and honey cake was fine but not even close to the famous Russian honey cake the layers were sponge cake and thick! All came out 52 bucks without tip. Service was ok. I gave 4 stars since this place is famous for dumplings and they were great, so I recommend it if you want to order dumplings.

I tried this place just last week on the recommendation of a Lyft driver who was raving on and on about this place. The food was delicious and had flavor profiles that I haven't experienced before. I started off the meal with Khachapuri Georgian Cheese bread. This was cheese wrapped in a very light dough then baked. Very delicious! I then ordered a variety of small items to sample, the server recommended Khinkali Georgian Dumpling filled with ground beef pork, but I also ordered a cheese one and a mushroom filled one. I also tried two meat Skewers: Lamb Chops Tiger Shrimp. All delicious! I finished off the meal with a slice of House Special Honey Cake covered with fresh berries. The service was great and I found the place to have a nice relaxing atmosphere to escape the chaos of the city in a little side alley.

Ray Ban, . , . . , , .I forgot my Ray Ban glasses here and half an hour later they disappeared . I went in and called the place several times they promised to look at the cameras, but they never called me back. I don 't know who took the glasses: a staff member or a visitor and why does the administrator can 't use the cameras properly, but the restaurant clearly needs to think about the level of security and the audience it attracts.

Amazing food you must try!! This place won't disappoint you with the items the offer on the menu! Go with a vegetable salad and boild beef Khinkali, or any other of your choice!!
