We went to fergus with friends. we were about 6 times in fergus, but only to the breakfast in the past. the menu is varied enough and there is also breakfast available throughout the day. the serve are generous and a real highlight is the mushroom medley with a fried egg on sourdough. we sat on the back where we always sit and had very good service from a young worker alex. there is a good selection of Ciabatta reels, Turkish brotrolles and sandwiches in the front display, but we decided from the menu. fergus offers a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere and we will be friends again.

While the quality of the food was great we unfortunately struck a waitress who was unhelpful to the point of being rude. Probably have lost a customer as a result.

The staff who helped us was lovely, The people at the reception/register area, except for the Asian man (who was friendly), could use more training in friendliness and people skills. A little smile, a dash of positive personality, especially the heavier set young man. I asked about the 1 hour parking, not very helpful at all. Must be having a bad day. Overall our experience was good. Thank you.

Lovely restaurant although I did feel the waiter wasn’t listening, he had to come back and check the coffee order and the meal I ordered was wrong, but I still ate it. The hospitality industry has taken a huge hit and I couldn’t bare them throwing something out. A little bit more training needed for the staff but overall an enjoyable experience.
