The Olive Tree - Glen Burnie

It was a bit of a wait to be seated. The food was fresh and delicious.

I ordered through the Olive tree website for delivery by Uber eats with a bill of over 100 dollars and never received my order. I called the restaurant and they said it was picked up and reported delivered. They said call Uber eats. So I call Uber eats after several calls with them they said they could not help me and to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and a very nice night manger tried to help by calling Uber eats and giving me the order number. They still would not help. I called Uber eats back again with the order number and they then repeatedly tried to call the Uber delivery person but got no answer and still would not refund my money. I requested to talk to Uber eats supervisor which after 3 hours called me back. The supervisor reported that they contacted the driver who then said that the delivery address on the order was the restaurant itself! when they could not contact me through the app because I don’t have the app, since I just ordered through the olive tree website. The driver was then instructed to wait for 8 minutes and if they couldn’t contact us to dispose of the food. No phone call no text was attempted or even to try to go back to the restaurant for help. I’m out the money and time it took to get no resolution. Major fail!

Great customer service! Food was delicious had spaghetti and meatballs , yummy !

I've got to say, there is a stark contrast between dining in and take out. This was the first experience dining in and WOW. Plenty of salad, the pasta was super fresh and the drinks were spot on. Crab wonton were so hot, they torched the roof of my mouth lol. Amazing.

We went yesterday and they add tip without asking. Then they give almost double the amount of tip we were gonna give! Thats not fair with customer
