One standout dish for me was a unique take on the famous Cullen Skink, enhanced with Indian spices that give it a distinct flavor. It was absolutely delicious! We also tried an unusual vegetarian burger made entirely of mushrooms, which presented a delightful mix of new and bold flavors—another successful creation. The service was warm and welcoming, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to enhance the selection of beers and wines, but overall, this historical inn has successfully adapted to the 21st century while staying true to its roots.
