Restaurant bewertenGreat food for your money, old family recipe has been in the community for a very long time, very popular here
Was really surprised to see the name change, and that Asian writing was added to the menu, since they boast this has been a family owned and operated establishment for many years. We shared a 9 piece family meal and the chicken was very tasty. There was more than enough for 3 of us to eat and even had leftovers for the next day. PS. The gravy was delicious, dark brown and thick!!The server even gave us some cost savings options, which was greatly appreciated.
Chicken was ok, but my salad was HORRIBLE and very old and browning. It consisted of lettuce with shredded carrot on the top and nothing else....with dime-store dressing on the side. We left hungry and won't be coming back.
First time to Jay's yesterday for lunch. So sorry I waited so long, big pieces of moist flavorful chicken, not a bit greasy. The fries could have been a bit crisper, but the cole slaw was excellent. A great lunch and lots of other interesting stuff on the menu. Fast and friendly service, I'll be back!
Recently renovated to a more modern restaurant. The chicken may be a little more expensive than KFC but it is definitely worth the extra few dollars. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is cheerful.
