Pokeys Bbq Smokehouse - Gillette

Pokey's makes fantastic food. Had the prime rib and it was perfect. Good atmosphere. If you are ever in Gillette, WY looking for food (meat) I recommend Pokey's.

Always great food and an amazing salad bar! Their new menu is pretty cool with new items to try. Their service is great with friendly, helpful staff.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the BBQ lived up to that standard. I ordered the all-you-can-eat ribs, and they were absolutely delicious! I also took advantage of the half-priced drinks during Happy Hour, which were well-made and generously poured. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area.

We're always on the lookout for great BBQ, and we definitely struck gold here! The brisket sandwich I had was one of the best I've ever tasted, and I've had BBQ all over the USA. I can't stop raving about the baked beans—they were outstanding. On the other hand, I wasn't very impressed with the mac and cheese brisket appetizer; there were only a few bits of meat, and the flavor was just okay. The service was good, and our waitress was really friendly. This will be our go-to spot whenever we're in Gillette!

We visited this restaurant at 9 AM and were attended to by a lovely young woman. Our food was served promptly and was among the best BBQ I've ever had. I tried the fried pickles, and they were absolutely delicious—some of the best I've tasted. The breading on the pickles was simply outstanding. Overall, the food and service were exceptional, making it one of the best experiences I've ever had.
