Had 2 grandchildren with us and ordered pizza we were there 2 hours terrible service then got a total bill without items never going back

Went there first time last night with the wife for the prime rib. I asked for it WELL done....brought back red and raw...yuck....sent it back asking the waitress to make sure they fully cook it. I waited while my wife ate her meal...it took them over 20 minutes to bring it back and it was STILL RAW....red and ****...I don't think the cook even tried to re-cook it....maybe just shoved it under a heat lamp for 20 minutes? I sent it back and told the waitress that's enough...I'm not interested in the meal any more. We left there, never to return again...

Good food. Terrible service. We had 7:00 reservations, we didn’t receive our food until 9:00. We had 3 young children with us, asking anyone to wait 2 hours to eat is asking a lot but having 3 children wait til 9:00 is absolutely unacceptable. I did speak to the manager who gave us a slight discount. We should have had our whole meal comped. We were surrounded by unhappy hungry people. Not a pleasant experience.

We went on Monday July 30th, party of three . I went to the reception desk and was put in the list mind you it’s an hours wait. I kept seeing people go in and asked again when there were maybe two people in the waiting room she now says you still have an hour to wait and it has been 20 minutes I said you said and hour and there’s like six people in the waiting room. I ask the gentleman next to me he was told an hour as well and they walked in after myself and my party. At that point she sat the gentlemen and his party and left us there. Now more people have come in a couple I heard her tell them it would be an hour and a half . And about 15 minutes later she sat them and left us sitting there. Anyone she knew went right in. Worst experience I have ever had. It is now 7:30 and we still were not being sat down . So we waited from 6:00-7:30 and she said we had a half an hour more to wait even though know one was in the waiting room. They may have good food but the fact they pick and choose who gets to go in is horrible . So if you decide to go to the this place for dinner make sure you have 2 hours too wait to go in and 2 hours to get your food. Worst place I have ever been too.

On our way back from Kimball's Castle, Love the whole environment, the local feel, the AWESOME STAFF... from the girl working the counter in the convenience store up front to the greeter at the restaurant Outback to the bartender and the waitress..... everyone was so warming and welcoming......also had a ghost story for us since of course we were the ones that were prying.. that's kind of our thing .....the food was on time, amazing delicious , and worth every penny! great prices...great menu !.....we will be back!!
