I spent $30 for the smallest fried mushrooms I have ever gotten with the worst prepackaged ranch I have ever tasted. The chicken Parmisian was Crispy and they used fettuccine noodles instead of spaghetti noodle, which was in the picture. I was looking for a pizza place that had there own delivery people, it ended up being delivered by doordash. I was charged $5 delivery fee thinking it was going to the driver left a 10% tip. Not sure what the driver got, so had leave a few extra dollars for the driver. This was my 2nd time trying the food and last time it was not any better. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a large double dough pizza with 2 fries last night . I placed my order online almost 8pm. My whole family was hungry and just expecting our food to be here within 60 minutes. So around 9:00pm we were super happy to know it should be here any minute. Around 9:12pm I called no answer and two more times I tried to reach someone to ask about my order but no one answered. I checked online to see when they close and to my surprise they closed at 9pm. Food never came and no one reached out just took my money. I just tried calling again today but no answer!! Unacceptable

They said 35 minwhen we called in our orderWe were late, arriving at 50 min., and it still was not ready.

I am utterly disgusted. I order a gluten free pizza from rossatis almost weekly. they gave me a raw pizza. Still good in the middle, absolutely disgusting. Called, they remade it. Would not deliver. Also raw. Not edible. They offered a credit but I didn't take it. I will never order from here again. This is going to make people sick. It is beyond unacceptable. I have never had rossatis pizza look like that. I'm half tempted to call the health department.
