We order by phone, we are told that it is ready in 10 minutes. We arrive, no one says hello, no one speaks to us, we ask for our pizza, no one answers us or asks us if we need to order/recover pizza. In the end 40 minutes later, we understand that we have to pay for pizzas to be cooked! No politeness and medium hygiene (the gloves touch the pen and the ingredients). First and last time.
