Restaurant bewertenI have long waited to post a review of hopes, the many bad experiences that we had with the Germantown, oh papa john’s was just because they were short workers, new, with a bad day, etc. I have never worked in food service, so I always try to give the advantage of the doubt. I can't do that anymore. this is literally the most terrible papa John’s I have ever ordered. each individual order is wrong without failing, they will forget something that will screw up order or in this case supply a pizza that has been completely smashed. I don't care about these young people, I don't know what their problem is, but if papa johns don't fix it soon, I can promise they're going out of business.
I had asked the five pizzen wounded ursache to drive from germantown to trenton, or could I borrow two of them bag so that they would stay hot I would only live directly behind papa john’s and was willing to leave a deposit and give them back tomorrow and give them my license, but was rejected was not happy about it
Seemingly you have a problem with letting open garlic sauces in the box. I have my pizza. Not everyone in the family likes garlic, but when I called, I couldn't get a replacement if it was youre mess on. ordered extra sauce and her was barely one, also ordered two pizza sauce tassen and did not get it. terrible service. by teenager?
Eating is always good, but until it actually arrives its cold. the last three times I ordered from here has taken the delivery over an hour.
Absolutely the worst customer service in the world.Waited 1 1/2 for our food to be delivered which wasn’t really the problem. When the driver got here, he told us that somehow our food was forgotten and he’d go get it. Waited another 1 1/2-2 hours and some of our food was forgotten again. Called to let them know and they said they would send it out. Waited again and called to see where it was but no one would answer. Never ended up getting the rest of our food that night. They did promise a refund which never happened. So I called to check on that, they said give it a few more days. Called today(10 days later)because there is still no refund and spoke with Josh the manger who was super rude and basicallytold me there was never even an ordered place that day so I would have to take it up with my bank as it was my their fault.We have had multiple other issues with this Papa Johns but understand sometimes things happen and honestly being mean over food is ridiculous but this was dealt with horribly and offered no help in getting it rectified other than “I have to deal with it”.
