With my old mom on tour, we had chosen a car ride in the Animal Garden followed by butter from Ballegaard. What great experience. The bread was freshly prepared and very delicately decorated with many flavors and visual impressions. We have eaten at many butter-bread restaurants, but this takes the price and then it is part cheaper to take it home.
A fantastic bombardment of tastes in every piece of lubricating bread. Lovely fresh ingredients, and then are needed for both eye and gane :
Fresh bread with a twist. Tatar served with celery, peppermayo, maltjord and Arla Uniquea old moas (no egg yolk). Roasted in sous know, sauce tartare, long-term baked onions and roasted almonds. Arla Unique Høgelundgaard, Blåskimmel cheese with crispy crystals, sweet crispy. Take away in special class.
