Restaurant bewertenI went in this evening with my family of 2 adults and 3 young children under 7 I have been going to Enzos for 30 years and have never been subjected to be made to feel as though it was my fault that we had to wait for an hour for our 2 medium pizzas and I asked a waitress politely where were our pizzas as 2 lots if family's had been served and were leaving and we were still waiting , but she didn't acknowledge me so I asked the owner I’m presuming as she later told me she’d been in the hospitality industry for 25 years There was no acknowledgement only aggressive explanation of how they have no staff , which I do understand it must be very difficult and totally am aware of the difficulties that the hospitality industry has been through though it was her rude attitude of basically that she couldn't care less I’m actually quite compilmented to be told that I was the rudest customer she’d ever had as I would have to be the least rudest person you would know so I must have had a reason to be so upset as all I wanted to do was for my little grandchildren to be fed and happy She also told me not to ever return …. I will never set foot in there again not after tonights experience even though my family know Enzo over the years After reading quite a few recent reviews of late , maybe take a course un customer courtesy and acknowledgement .
Dinner for four. Variety of pizzas, including a welcome gluten free base option. Toppings include Godfather, Marinara, Hawaiian and Margherita. All delicious with yum, dry crusts. Friendly and fast service. In answer to prior grumpy review, my entertainment book voucher was kindly accepted without hesitation.
The food was good but however the communication was poor and the staff was grumpy we had ppl with disabilities and I don't appreciate the owner dissing us disabled ppl
Title says everything you need to know. Note: We witnessed a customer get denied the use of a voucher from the entertainment book. Never again!
Sure, my last review involved a generic pizza place and it was positive mainly to the customer service. After all generic pizzas end up tasting the same. Saturday night is pizza night for this traveler. Had a look at Enzo's on line and gave it a try. Ordering delivery was easy and I set the delivery time for 90 mins in the future. Being Saturday night I didn't expect delivery to be on time. But it was dead on time. Could have set my watch by it but who owns a watch these days? Now the pizza. Godfather variety and simply d-e-l-I-c-I-o-u-s. It looked as great as it tasted. Thin base, generous topping and just a little cheese to bind it. If I lived here it would be in on my favs list.
