Worst barbecue I've ever had! Not only was my portions were poorly given, I order over 50 dollars worth of worthless food. Called management this morning and explained that I'm a new customer and my experience and food were bad. Instead of telling they were going to fix my order and make it right. That was not the case, the owner/management told me that they weren't going to refund, or replace my order. WOW. I told them that I was going to let the world know NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! … – show

So order 2 3 meat plates through uber eats, mistake number 1! 2nd missing sides for one of the meals. 3rd, this is the driest BBQ I've eaten the ribs tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Chicken chewy and brisket inedible! Won't eat at Dickys again. At least not in Illinois. May try once I'm back in Texas but won't guarantee that!

Ordered UberEats. They got my entire order wrong. I ordered the Westerner sandwich with sliced brisket and chicken breast and they gave me pulled pork and Jalapeño cheddar kielbasa instead. I could understand if they don't have certain items but please do not substitute them with other items in case people have allergies.
