Mountain Edge Grill - Gatlinburg

We had a group of 10± Joe was wonderful. We where on a time crunch and he was quick and fun. Loved the food too! The kids didn't even complain. Great place to chill and eat. Get your money's worth and you don't feel like just eat rubber.

Ordered 1 elk/bison burger and 2 bison burgers. Requested medium rare and was told they only cook them well done which makes me think they’re pre cooked and just heated up (probably in a microwave). When we got them, they were dried out and flavorless hockey pucks. Easily the worst burgers we’ve ever had. They didn’t even look like burger patties, a McDonald’s burger looks much more real than these. The fries were pretty good but to get a chunk of flavorless dried out awful “meat” for $20 is terrible. I’d never go here again. Servers aren’t great either and the one we had was extremely slow and difficult to understand. They also take 20-30 minutes to bus a table once someone leaves. Took us a good 20 minutes to be seated when the place was dead empty.
