Baskin-robbins - Gatlinburg

Our waffle cone today was stale and the man you checked us out wasn't friendly at all.

We don't usually go to chain stores on vacation, but the day was hot and ice cream was close and the lines were short. The servers were very busy, yet they maintained a professional attitude and kept the lines moving. Typical flavors of good quality ice cream. 1 scoop cup $4 seemed a bit pricey, but it was very tasty.

The ice cream was good just like at any other Baskin Robbins but the inside of the building was filthy and the staff was not overly pleasant. We will find another ice cream shop next time.

Poorly treated by management. We had a simple issue with our ice cream that needed an exchange, but it ended with the front staff telling us to leave the restaurant because we had a minor complaint. We were probably being seen as being difficult, when we really just wanted some ice cream. I wouldn’t come here in case you need an above average level of customer service. You will be treated like a Karen from YouTube.

Skip the rude service and just filthy shop these people don’t seem to care much.
