Terrible customer service. A mother and her daughter work the sushi bar here. I got followed after picking something up from their cooler. The mother went as far as to put random grocery items in a shopping cart and pretend to put the items where they belong just to watch me as I shop. The sushi lady isn’t part of metro staff and has no business putting metro items away. She stalked me the entire half hour I was in the store. She also put the grocery items in all the wrong places because… she didn’t know where they belong (since it’s not part of her job). I complained to the manager and she told me it has happened to so many customers that they don’t know what to do about it because they aren’t under metro management. After complaining to management I went back to my grocery shopping and guess who was behind me… she began yelling at me and making a scene. I walked away. Management left a complaint in the office for another manager to see when he gets in to work the next morning and the sushi lady followed them and removed the note from the bulletin board so management had to retake my info and hold on to it until the other manager would be in. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.See photo below of sushi staff in the frozen department at the complete other end of the grocery store following me and screaming at me for complaining about them to management.
I went to Aki Sushi Montée Paiement INSIDE the Metro. I was well serve and received good information on the maki I bought. Excellent dinner, very good quality.
Super bon sushi. Riz de la bonne humidité et le poisson est frais. Options éganes et végétariennes.
Le meilleur sushi shop à Gatineau. Sushi bien fait et bien rempli.
