Do better. Instead of calling for changing a drink, they just did it. And i understand there are portion sizes that they need to follow, But im feeding an adult, not a child.

The general manager was either walking back and forth behind the counter not doing anything or standing at the drive thru talking to another employee instead of helping the front counter. There was 1 gentleman waiting on 5 people and getting the food ready, while he didn't step up and help. I can definitely tell there is no team work at this location. The ceiling fans in the lobby are filthy and black. Very disappointed to see lack of leadership.

I went to get some drinks and food today and the outside line was long so I parked and went inside it was so hot in the restaurant it was cooler .outside in 100-degree texas weather, I just want to say thank you to all those woking at bushes in Gatesville. You are doing a great job in such heat. I pray your ac gets fixed

There were school kids with there own food and drinks taking up half the store. Employees ignored all of them and acted like they were exhausted.
