Galaxy Pizza - Gateshead

Food is always perfect and hot. Delivery was spot on by a friendly driver. But why the charge (online order) for a bag when you don't need one for pizza boxes? Why don't the kids meals come with a drink? Anywhere else the kids meals come with a drink and at the price of I think they should be with a drink.

We order from here often and the food is always nice. Tonight our take away was delicious, hot food, prompt service and good value for money. I would highly recommend this take away.

Usually have no problems with the restaurant but I was charged twice and still waiting for refund days later

Food is good but delivery and customer Service is atrocious when busy Reply it's very busy with no manners and asking you to wait another minutes after waiting hour to start with Will not use again.

Ordered by phone to collect, for tea today. Husband had to ring them and return there to pick up missing chips, they were apologetic. Meanwhile, I opened the pizza but it was only tepid so heated it up in microwave. It was a bolognese pizza and VERY disappointing as it had barely any bolognese on it, mainly just tomato and cheese, may as well have simply bought margherita. Couldn't face ringing them again, to complain.
