Taco Bell - Garner

DO NOT go into the dining room, if you’re going to waste your time and money go through the drive through. If you go in they will take at least 10 minutes to come to the counter to take your order. This isn’t a one off thing either. At least twice I’ve gone in and stood there waiting for someone to come to the counter.

This location needs all new management. Horribly ran.

Ordered through the app, paid extra for various toppings and all of which were missing. We went back through the Drive Thru to get it corrected, only to be told they were out of our selected upcharges (cheese being one of them). It would have been nice to have been told that at the window. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to request that through the app. Cmon, man....at least apologize and offer a free Taco or something....

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Waited 15mins in drive through lady did not return to the speaker. Went inside and saw 2 employees not doing anything. Waited at the counter and no one acknowledged or even attempted to assist me. If anything they tried to hide like I couldn't see them.

Love the famous potato bowl. The drive thru employee was polite and friendly.
