Olive Garden Garland

I love Olive Garden. We were here several times and were always a good experience. Tonight I ordered to pick up on the website for blocking money. Everything was nicely packed. The food was good. I tried a new entree, Ravioli Carbonara. The strawberry cream cake is my favorite! the salad was quite devastated, so I made all the good parts to make 1 small bowl, and the breadsticks were a little hard. But it won't stop me from eating here!

Great staff and good food. The first time on this page. Still felt like home. If you get an aromatized tea, use less syrup.

Server asked us to order food immediately when we sit. No beverage order, no view of the menu, order now. Server left a record of Lasagne near our table. She picked up a piece of the broken plate and started with the SCRAPING THE LASAGNE OFF THE FLOOR. I took a photo of our “Salad”. How much dressing should come on a salad? The server argued with me that the salad had too much dressing. You're the judge.

LUNCH TIME. The Gentleman server Michael at the bar and the front lady was so nice and friendly. This place is well managed, clean and stylish.

I returned to day with my kids to use my OG Gift card. Yes, it 's the gift card that I received from Olive Garden when they messed up my large Xmas catering order. Yes it was nice to receive a GC BUT what I would rather have is an enjoyable meal without errors. First my wife ordered a Chardonnay and asked for Kendall Jackson and our server didn 't know what brands they carried. My son ordered a Stella Artois and the server asked what is that ? Ok I can understand that she may be new but not knowing the menu is Server 101 training. Server was very nice just untrained. We had 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals. Both kids meals were the same so WHY DID 1 kids meal come out BEFORE the salad yet the 2nd kids meal came out with the adult entrees. Always fun when one child has to share their meal b/c they both were hungry. Again, kitchen made a mistake. BUT why is there a CALL SERVER button on the table kiosk IF EVERY SINGLE employee that walks by the table IGNORES the RED FLASHING LIGHT!!! Shouldn 't the other servers and hosts that are walking by see the FLASHING RED LIGHT and either tell my server or the DR manager?? I am NOT looking for another GC! JUST TRAIN YOUR FOH STAFF TO BE ALERT OF THIS RED FLASHING LIGHT OR REMOVE IT!!!
